She usually just does the sigh and says something like that’s just Sami.

And therein lies the problem and is what created this monster.

Lucas should step forward to claim Baby Boy Horton. As the grandfather, he has just as much claim to that baby as Sami, and the baby would be better off with him.

This would have made for a good plot device, but as usual the writers missed the bus. Lucas could have gotten a real lawyer (anybody in Salem, even those who'd just passed the bar exam, would be better than Justin). His well-prepared lawyer would then have discredited the infamous Hurricane Sami and the one-time baby-switching murder suspect and her former drunk-driver husband and gotten custody. Yes, Lucas has a few blemishes on his record, but he's key-to-the-city material compared to Sami and the earlier, scheming version of Nicole. Sadly, Judge Duncan has now ruled and the Baby Boy Horton ship has sailed. However, the minute social services discovers that Sami is back to her old neglectful self, Lucas theoretically could get another shot at custody.

You all have already mentioned all the things I didn't like (Sami haha) and a couple of the things I did (Marlena putting Sami in her place).

I want to point out something I loved, Lani's adorable baby bump. It made me smile.
