To be fair, Rolf said it was EJ, then she took him to Salem where a DNA test with Susan's hair proved him to be Susan's child. So unless Susan secretly had another son (which could happen in Salem), Sami had proof he was her husband and took him to a burn facility for treatment.

But sitting at his bedside day and night, while dumping the kids on nannies was disgusting. She should've sent them back to family members in Salem.
