A supposed dead child, divorce, brain tumor, girl who's about to kill everyone because her boyfriend married some other chick and woman who lost her baby obsessing over someone else's. And guy who thought the love of his life was dead finds her and now she hates him.

Yeah, normally they save all these heartwarming stories for the Christmas episodes.
