I hope Lindsey Arnold (Allie) wins the younger actress award. She has been one of the best newer actresses on the show in a long time.

Why is Beyond Salem being rated in the same category as the daytime dramas? It was a limited run with only five episodes. The other shows have to come up with stories day after day all year. If Beyond Salem wins any awards it's hardly fair to the four regular shows.

I agree, but they all stink on the regular, too.

It is odd that the show was nominated in this category, rather than the category where Venice and The Bay and shows like that are. But given the five choices....
 
I am so happy for John Aniston. I'm also really rooting for Arianne Zucker to win. While all of Days' actors, in my opinion, are very strong performers...Arianne Zucker is consistently putting forth excellent material and deserves this.

I will acknowledge that perhaps I am biased because Nicole is one of my favorites and she was what drew me to Days (first episode I saw of Days had her finding Brady wasted and passed out on the pier in June 2010).
 
I agree about Arianne Zucker (Nicole), she's one of my favorites as well. When they give her something to sink her teeth in, she doesn't just take a bite, she tears it apart!

I'd also like to see Stacy Haiduk (Kristen/Susan) recognized. Her Susan is off the charts crazy, and I love her Kristen. I can only imagine what she sent to be viewed.
