While I am happy that some of our actors, who did fabulous work this past year, have been honored with nominations.......I see it is back mostly to the other 3 to get best show,writers,directors, etc. I do realize that CBS with 2 shows has a lot more voting power, so just hope when viewing the tapes, the voters are fair. :)
 
Wish I could see Arianna Zucker (Nicole) as nominated for a daytime Emmy. She deserves it. What did Marci Miller (Abby) do that was Emmy worthy? Scratching my head.

Or if they submitted any at all. Morgan Fairchild is nominated for her guest appearances as Anjelica which did not last long at all.....and John Enos played Roger, Susan's boyfriend in Memphis.
 
Keep in mind Emmy nominations are based on submissions by the actors, not really a full body of work from the year. So if an actor submits a handful of scenes with really strong acting, that's all the voters look at.

I think Michael Fairman may have done a broadcast last night discussing the submissions.

Brandon Beemer (Shawn) was also nominated for his work on the Amazon series The Bay as was Mary Beth Evans (Kayla).
