Please note that the vast majority of Days of Our Lives Friday 12/14/12 show was pre-empted due to the breaking news in CT. I'm not sure if they will show the episode in its entirety on SoapNet later tonight or if they will do a national pre-emption and move this episode to Monday. Perhaps Jason47 will let us know about that.
Here is what occurred prior to the breaking news:
At the Pub, replay of Gabi spilling the beans about how far along she is. Gabi tries to backtrack saying Nick was wrong. Rafe says wouldn’t she have told him? Hope says she’s pregnant and should know how far along she is. Gabi remembers back to talking to Will and Nick about their little plan. Rafe asks Gabi what’s going on and why she and Nick have different due dates for the baby. Gabi claims that they’re just not sure exactly how far along she is. They pester her some more. Nick walks in and Gabi rushes to him. Hope takes the opportunity to grill Nick again about how far along Gabi is. He again says 5-6 weeks. Rafe says Gabi told him it’s more like 12. Gabi and Nick exchange looks. Hope says that’s too big a difference.
At the coffee house, Will and Sonny chat about Gabi. Will wants to know what’s going on. Sonny doesn’t want to talk about it. Will gets the feeling he doesn’t like Gabi. Sonny agrees.
Daniel is at the Hospital. A nurse brings him a compact that Jennifer left in her room thinking he could give it to her. He tells the nurse to put it in Jennifer’s office.
Kate is at the hospital, apparently just had an appointment. Maxine remarks that next year is 5 years cancer free. Kate is very thankful for that. Maxine picks up a picture Kate took out of her purse of Parker, saying how cute he is. Daniel is in the background witnessing this. Kate seems to have left her cellphone in the exam room and leaves to go get it. Maxine gets a page and leaves. Daniel walks over to where they were standing and picks up the picture of Parker. Kate comes back and sees him.
Jennifer is at home remembering telling Daniel she loves him. She gets upset. Abigail comes into the room asking if she’s ok. She thinks her mother isn’t feeling well and goes to call Daniel but Jennifer objects.
