Under the new software, marking a new thread as "SPOILER" couldn't be easier.
When you go to create a new topic/thread, you will see two boxes. One labeled "Prefix", the next labeled "Topic title".
When you want to mark something as a spoiler (AND PLEASE BE CONSIDERATE ENOUGH OF OTHERS TO DO SO), you simply select it from the drop down box like so..
