Anne Bellamy, who appeared in 5 episodes of "Days of Our Lives" in 1982 as Celeste Dalton, a nurse who worked for Alex Marshall and helped tamper with some medical records, passed away on February 18, 2016 at the age of 91. Her death had not been reported until appearing in the newest SAG-AFTRA memorial list recently posted. Ms. Bellamy also guest starred on "Days" in 1996 as Tina. Ms. Bellamy had been acting since the 1950's appearing in countless shows from "Perry Mason" to "Mad Men." Her last appearance was in an episode of "Parks and Recreation" in 2012.
