Was sorry to hear the news this morning. She was a really good actress.
I think the first I knew of her was from the movie Runaway with Tom Selleck, Gene Simmons (from the group KISS) and Cynthia Rhodes (who went on to play Penny in Dirty Dancing).
I can't believe she was 71--she looked much younger to me. In any case, that isn't that old. This is such a tragedy. I remember seeing her on some movies and commercials when I was younger.
Out of all the Parent Trap movies, hers with the Olsen twins is still a favorite of mine. And the Look Who's Talkin' movies. (as an 80s baby/90s kid, these are the ones I remember most). She was beautiful and funny, will certainly be missed. 71 is far too young; I hate cancer! RIP Kirstie!
It Takes Two wasn't a Parent Trap movie, similar though. The two girls were unrelated; one was an orphan and one was wealthy. Was a twist on The Prince and the Pauper.
