Mark Hapka "Nathan" as Johnny Dimera

We started talking about futuristic Johnny in a thread here on the board. Some people may have forgotten that Mark Hapka played Johnny Dimera prior to becoming Nathan Horton. I've attached the scenes.
The question is how close to the truth do you think these scenes will prove to be?

I kinda liked "older" Sami's hair in that clip .
 
There is a part of the dream sequence that is missing where Allie is visiting the graveyard and she is boozing it up. If I find it, I will post it. I think Johnny finds her and they have a conversation.
 
I probably shouldn't give the writers this much credit, but is it possible that the re-use of the actor is a sneaky way to indicate that Johnny is a Horton rather than a DiMera (i.e., Johnny is Lucas' son)? If so, I guess it doesn't matter - it will probably be a dropped storyline unless they bring the character of Lucas back.

Johnny's mouthy friend in that clip looks a lot like Dylan Patton (ex-Will). Is it him?
