By popular request, I found and enabled the "multi-quote" option that I thought we had lost in the upgrade...
How it works;
When you're viewing a thread and want to quote multiple people/posts, you'll see, and select this box for each quote;
Scroll down to the box where you add a new reply (Quick Reply) or select Reply, and you'll notice this box at the bottom left of the box;
Clicking that box will bring up the quotes you've selected, allowing you to verify (and remove any if necessary) then click "Quote these messages".
Bang! Boom! You're a quoting genius...!
