04/28, Monday: 1.9/2,481,000
Nicole confides to Rafe that Liam is holding something over her head but refuses to give further details. Rafe advises her to come clean with Eric. Jennifer gets a surprise when Liam shows up at the Horton cabin. He seems emotional and vulnerable, and finally she realizes he's the one who's been harassing her and who framed Daniel. Liam confesses how hurt he was when she dumped him to go back to her ex. But when Jennifer reaches out to Liam and offers to get him help, he makes it clear he didn't come here for help and pulls out his gun. Meanwhile, Daniel puzzles over his situation with Eric, who has an epiphany. EJ's on the hunt to find out who sent the photo depicting him and Abigail in the throes of passion - and the answer may surprise him. Abigail gets a shock when, in the middle of her argument with Nick, Ben appears from nowhere and pushes her cousin against a wall. Warning Nick to back off, Ben exudes a dark intensity that has even Nick worried. Abigail gets Ben to let Nick go, then demands he explain his reaction. Rafe tells Jordan about how Ben warned him not to hurt her. Jordan says there's a reason Ben is feeling so protective - she's in love with Rafe. Will sees the draft custody agreement Gabi got from her lawyer and panics when he reads the harsh terms. He confronts Gabi but she tries to reassure him she wants him in Arianna's life and that will never change. He tells EJ and Marlena he's certain Nick is behind getting that language into the agreement. Later, Nick hints to Percy he has a plan.

04/29, Tuesday: 1.7/2,236,000
Per Eric's suggestion, Daniel calls Brady for help in dealing with Theresa. While Brady tries to get answers from Theresa about Daniel's drugging, Daniel finds a listening device in his apartment. He and Eric make a beeline to Theresa, who finally admits it was Liam! Nicole learns from Maggie that Jennifer is at the Horton cabin. Nicole calls Jennifer and while the call goes through, she can only hear Liam in the background. Worried Liam is about to expose her, Nicole takes off for Smith Island. Arriving to find Jennifer being terrorized by the creep, Nicole quickly steps in to help. Rafe admits to Jordan he loves her, too. Later, Jordan meets up with Ben, and though he has reservations about his sister's romance with a cop, he admits he's happy for her. Earlier, sparks fly between Abigail and Ben. When she suspects Ben has feelings for her, he quickly downplays it. Meanwhile, Rafe confides in Abe that things are going well for him and Jordan, then inquires about Abe and Maxine. Abe admits he feels a bit guilty about moving on from Lexie, but Rafe reminds him Lexie wouldn't want him to be alone for the rest of his life. Earlier, Maxine and Abe share a picnic lunch in the park, and Theo reveals it's a place his mom used to bring him. Abe and Maxine grow closer.

04/30, Wednesday: 2.0/2,587,000
Liam holds Nicole and Jennifer at gunpoint. He demands Nicole tell Jennifer what she's done - but instead of confessing about Chyka, Nicole admits she investigated Liam and she's learned he's a psycho! Liam snaps and in a moment of chaos, Nicole and Jennifer break free and rush out into the woods. Liam catches up to them, and he's about to kill them when Daniel tackles him. Eventually, Nicole gets the gun and fires. Earlier, Theresa blurts to Daniel, Eric and Brady that Liam is behind everything, not her! She tells a partial truth about how she doesn't know anything for sure but she's come to realize Liam is obsessed with Jennifer. Daniel and Eric take off to find Jennifer while Brady and Theresa inform Hope that Liam may be dangerous. Later, Brady presses Theresa to tell him if she's hiding anything else. Earlier, Hope meets with Aiden, who has a plan to win over Giselle. However, he fails; Giselle still wants a date with Roman. After Hope leaves, Ciara makes a deal to help Aiden - but wants something in return. Sami is furious when she learns the details of Gabi's proposed custody agreement - she knows Nick is behind it. EJ assures her that he will get a fair deal for Will. However, Sami informs him he cannot bring up Nick's criminal record in court - or Nick will send Sami and Kate to prison. Later, Sami meets up with Kate, who fishes for information on what had EJ so upset. Elsewhere, Nick tells Percy he cannot forgive Kate and Sami for what they've done. EJ receives pictures of the people who were at the ferry the day the photograph of him and Abigail was taken. He's frustrated when he doesn't recognize anyone. Later, Johnny spots someone familiar in the photos.

05/01, Thursday: 2.0/2,546,000
Nicole is horrified that she's accidentally shot Daniel. Liam is about to attack her and Jennifer when Daniel recovers. The men struggle, and Liam ends up dead. Nicole later explains her actions to Hope, Eric, Daniel and Jennifer and is uncomfortable when she's labeled a hero. She tries to find the original copy of Chyka's letter on Liam's body but is interrupted. At the hospital, Daniel, Jennifer and Nicole are checked out, and everyone is fine. Maggie and Abigail arrive and so do Brady and Theresa. Hope reveals one last discovery about Liam - and privately, Theresa and Nicole each feels she has dodged a bullet. Theresa "apologizes" to Jennifer for not coming forward with her suspicions about Liam sooner. Later, Daniel, Jennifer and Abigail share a warm moment with JJ. Meanwhile, Eric declares his love for Nicole, and she feels nothing will ever keep them apart again. However, she doesn't realize there still remains a threat that could expose her secret. At the same time, Brady and Theresa return home, and she thinks they can pick up their relationship right where they left off. However, Brady is clearly hesitant and calls it a night. Theresa vows to reel him back in. Earlier, JJ goes out on a date with Bev and runs into Paige. Paige confronts him again about breaking things off just because she'll be moving away in the fall for college. JJ starts to reconsider his stance when he's interrupted with news about his mother. Once he's gone, Bev gives Paige a stern warning.

05/02, Friday: 1.8/2,349,000
Nick pressures a reluctant Gabi to call her lawyer and push through a custody agreement that will limit Will's visits to every other weekend. Meanwhile, Will and Sonny insist to Sami that Gabi would never keep them from Arianna. However, Will panics when he sees Gabi and senses she is going along with Nick. At the same time, Sami turns to Rafe to put the screws to Gabi. While Gabi stuns Rafe by saying she wants what Nick wants, Will and Sonny declare they will do anything and everything to keep Arianna. Meanwhile, Sami reaches out to Abigail for help with Nick, and EJ confronts the person who sent him the incriminating photo. Earlier, Abigail runs into Ben, who offers his concern for what happened to Jennifer. Abigail then runs into Nick, who cautions her that Ben may be a stalker - and makes the veiled threat that she needs to make better choices about the men in her life. Rafe and Jordan make love, and for the first time, Jordan seems genuinely happy and secure. But her good mood is short-lived once she runs into Kate, who drops a bomb on her.

Thanks for posting. Glad to see the ratings spike a bit. This week was largely missing EJ-Sami so I guess that is at least one reason.

Sami and EJ were on the highest rating day and also second highest Wednesday and the Monday so if anything they brought ratings up just look at what happened on Friday Sami turns to Rafe and he and Jordan make love second lowest of the week I know who is bring ratings down and certainly not Sami and EJ.
 
EJandSamifan, are you willing to admit that EJ and Abby are a more favored pairing than EJ and Sami since EJ and Abby scenes aired during weeks that saw record ratings in January and February. If not, then maybe you shouldn't be arguing the point that EJ and Sami are responsible for ratings increases as if it's a fact.
 
My personal opinion is that the Days world does not revolve around Sami and EJ - and I like them! I think that the reason Wednesday and Thursday were higher is because there was a little drama going on. This stalking story was coming to a head and people knew something was about to happen. Plenty of people don't like Sami and EJ on their screen; plenty of people like them. Plenty of people like Daniel and Jennifer, and plenty of people don't - but I think it (this week, anyway) wasn't about any couple, but more about how the story would end and who would get hurt / shot / dead.
 
Wednesday into Thursday was the cliffhanger with Daniel getting shot. I'd say that piqued viewer interest.

This is absolutely right. There is a big difference when they are on as a couple versus on with other characters. And on Wednesday, they were mostly on separately NOT together.
