Monday July 27: Serena listens to Eric's confession. Nicole worries that her happiness will be short-lived. Adrienne and Kate spar, as do Justin and Lucas. Will invites Derrick & Paul out with him & Sonny. Paige tells JJ nobody can hurt her the way he did. Kate and Paul spar over the name Vanquish. Will schemes with Derrick; Serena goes to Daniel with her recording.

Tuesday July 28: The nanny search for Tate is fruitless, and we meet Nanny Megan, whose job will be to push Brady toward Jeannie T. Aiden digs into Clyde's background, while Clyde gets the goods on Salem U hospital's lab tech (Martin). Will intercedes on Chad's behalf with Abby, agreeing to talk to her for him. Abby is ready for a paternity test and Kayla will use Chad's DNA sample on file. Serena plays the recording for Daniel, tells him Nicole & Eric had sex. Clyde strongarms Martin. Brady found the perfect Nanny (Emma), but so has Jeannie T.

Wed July 29: Nicole tells Daniel what happened in the furnace when she & Eric "started to make love." Nanny Megan drops out of the race, thinks Jeannie is slime. Hope overhears Rafe & Aiden talking about Clyde. Lab Tech Martin is under Clyde's thumb, for fear of his family's safety. Will convinces Abby to talk to Chad, implores Chad not to hurt her. Rafe mournfully watches Hope & Aiden dance, and later the duo discusses the bicentennial. Nicole wonders if she'll be forgiven.

Thu July 30: JJ meets with Kyle, gives him money. Kyle and Paige had a date & he kept Eve from Paige. The guys (Will/Sonny/Derrick/Paul) start their evening out. Chad confesses all to Abby, tells her he hurt her to protect her, but can't live without her. Daniel believes Nicole and they get hot & heavy on the couch. Some distinguished gentlemen disapprove of a mild public display between Derrick & Paul. Ben tracks Abby to Will & Sonny's while Chad awaits Abby's response.

Fri July 31: Justin warns Kate about Clyde as they toast the name change for their product to Narita. Hope & Aiden have a romantic evening (there's an app for that). Chad kisses Abby as he implores her to choose him over Ben, who is outside, but gets called away, startling Abby. Clyde gives Ben a ring for Abby. John & Marlena enjoy a night out and he helps break up the fight between the "distinguished gentlemen" and Will/Sonny/Derrick/Paul. John laments not being there for Paul growing up. Paul talks to Marlena and grows closer to Derrick (as Sonny watches). Ben proposes to Abigail. Hope asks Rafe for info he's not willing and able to give. Hope thinks about the bicentennial.
