It doesn't have to be terrible, but it will be because these writers mostly suck. I'm sorry, but I have no faith in their ability to keep this fun and interesting—and brief. This isn't a paranormal show, so it needs to be wrapped up in a timely fashion.

I hope they do something novel with it and use the paranormal element to reset some things they've messed up.

Possession story...stupid, stupid, stupid. When I was in school, copying someone else's work got me a failing grade. In college today, it will get you expelled. No matter where or when plagiarism is illegal.
