Nothing like congratulating someone, with a complaint in the middle.
Would be like: "Congratulations Joe and Mary on your 60th anniversary, even though Joe was cheating on you for 27 of those years with my sister, but hey, here's to many more years together! Cheers!"

I distinctly recall Nicole barging in to further ruin Victor’s evening, but what makes this scene so memorable is the debut of the late, great Pookie, who kept his cool while many of the humans were losing theirs!!
