1 - 1 1/2 lbs ground chuck
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can (15 oz) chopped stewed tomatoes
1 can (15 oz) chopped tomatoes
1 can (4 oz) mild green chiles
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 envelope taco seasoning mix
1 cup raw converted rice

Brown the ground beef with chopped onion, drain. In a 4 quart crockpot, combine the meat mixture with the remaining ingredients. Stir well. Cover and cook on low for 5 - 7 hours.

(I like to use this as a tortilla filling.)
