So who is going to cause the biggest problems for Theresa? I think it's inevitable that someone will rub her wrong and she will go into defensive mode. For now I like that she doesn't want his name to be what it is. I like that she got so upset that more tests were ordered and nobody consulted her. I like that she told Eve how missing carrying and not giving birth was stolen from her and how it hurt her. I love that she told Eve that right now was about the baby and getting Brady back wasn't even something she was thinking of.

So who will push Theresa's buttons and bring her inner witch out?

Victor - I can see him setting up a nursery at the K-mansion and barring Theresa when the baby is there and Brady not having the guts to tell Victor that's not happening.

Brady - I can see him falling for Victor's demands instead of telling him that if Theresa isn't welcome then he's out of there.

Melanie - Will she remember how she, Daniel and Carly alienated Chloe to the point of shutting her out or will she allow Brady all the time he needs to spend with the baby and Theresa? Will she see them as the family she had to have herself, Daniel and Carly recognized as? Or will she decide that she doesn't want a relationship with someone who already has children?

edited to replace word - JS

Wow. So Brady had a second set of tests ordered before telling Theresa. Understandable due to the situation. But it wouldn't have taken more than a minute or two to discuss it with her first. Then Brady puts Daniel on the baby's medical care without saying a word. Brady needs to take a breath before making decisions like that without talking to Theresa first. She is after all the baby's mother.

And why was Daniel acting like she had no business in the decision making? And why didn't Brady flat out say "Theresa is the baby's mother"? Instead, he tells Daniel that she is on the paperwork. I was glad to see Caroline come to the hospital since she is the only one that treats Theresa like she matters.

Hmmm. The way I saw it on the program, it was Dr. Williams who ordered the 2nd set of tests....not Brady. He did not know about it either. Also, Daniel was there when the baby was first brought in, and since the baby will be having a bone marrow transplant (which Dr. Williams & the other specialist said the sooner the better) Daniel is an excellent surgeon. What is wrong with that?
Theresa was out having drinks with Eve, was no where around when decisions had to be made. When she returned, she immediately shot off her mouth at Paul & John, without knowing what was going on.
Sorry, SaraBeth, but Theresa has an agenda, and playing Mother Theresa is part of it. In my opinion.

Daniel never said Theresa had no say so.....but let's be fair here. Why is Theresa's ideas better than the father, Brady? He has just as much right and say so as she does. And if she is not there,???? So Brady called Daniel. Does Theresa still hold it against Daniel because he saved her life once, knows she is a druggie, and overdosed???
If she is thinking of the best for her baby, why insist an excellent surgeon stay away? She doesn't want him assisting, or even observing. Not smart, again, just my opinion.

I wouldn't want Daniel either. He's too close to the situation. He obviously dislikes the mother of the child - not saying its not deserved, but Daniel struggles with being impartial at the best of times. For my baby I'd want someone I could trust, and that wouldn't be someone I'd previously had negative interactions with. I'd be throwing my weight around and insisting on someone else.

Also, baby has two parents who aren't married (or in a relationship) - don't both have to be consulted? Also, mobile phones people, it's not that hard to call and say "Junior needs another test, you probably should come back."

Eve makes me more ill than Theresa. Geez, Eve really is delusional calling herself a good mother? ...um yeah all mothers sleep with their daughter's boyfriends. I'm not saying Jeannie T. is 100% right, both are fooling themselves.
Break out the halos there are 2 Saints/Angels in Salem :sarcasm:

Did not Brady tell Theresa to go get something to eat with her sister and fill her in??? He was going to stay there with baby. He made choices and then filled her in. He could have picked up the phone if he wanted too.

I would not want Dr Tan Dan working on my baby either, with his feelings I would not want him there.

Call me bonkers-Billy, but I still hope this is all a big sham and this child is NOT going to be saddled with those drunken wrecks as parents, biological or otherwise. (Don't trust Salem DNA tests or those done in DiMeramania Italy.)

If this child MUST stay with these wretches, then I want Grampa Shane to fight great-grampa Victor tooth & nail to protect his daughter's interests.

Dr Dan the Tan Man can operate under the worst possible conditions, with no medical tools or medications and his patients are healthy in a matter of days. I would want the best of the best for my child and on this show, Daniel seems to be the best. Just my opinion.

I was also hoping the baby would turn out to NOT belong to Brady & Theresa......until the need for the bone marrow came up, and Kristen insisted on Theresa's because she is the perfect match, and the original mother.

Daniel is a very good doctor/surgeon, and I don't think I have ever seen him let personal feelings get in the way of caring for a patient.
Brady is his best friend. This is Brady's son. Does anyone (and that includes the mouth that roars, Theresa) really think Daniel would not do his very best for that little baby?
Theresa is the one who has to put her personal feelings aside, and remember that it is the BABY who is the focus here, who needs the very best care, etc.

While Daniel is supposed to be a good surgeon, with his reputation with women and his attitude towards people he does not like, I would not want Daniel operating on me or a newly discovered baby son. I don't blame Theresa one bit for refusing to have him perform the surgery and at the very least, Brady should have consulted with her about having Daniel on the team. He could have called her at any time to consult her about the baby's care when situations came up.

Also, Theresa went to get a bite to eat because she had not eaten since they left Italy and Brady asked for some time alone with the baby to meet with John. She and Eve were not out for drinks, they were having lunch in the Pub, and unless the drinks were spiked, it looked like they were drinking iced tea.

For the baby they don't need a surgeon. A Pediatric Hematologist/Oncologist is what is needed for a bone marrow transfusion.

I think it will be Melanie who first pushes Theresa's buttons, unknowingly, like today when Theresa was listening to Brady & Melanie's talk at the hospital. I also think Victor will push her buttons later on.
