Rather ho-hum show, as Roman scolds Max for going with Kayla to Italy, putting both of them in danger. Max won't back off the DiMeras, who are attacking his family. They talk a bit about New York, with Roman teasing him about being in a motel room with 2 beautiful gals and sleeping in a chair.
Kate runs into EJ, and proceeds to diss Sami and the green wedding, as she downs one martini after another. When EJ leaves and Lucas arrives, just more of the same, with Lucas getting angry again, threatening to have nothing to do with her, and finally leaving.
EJ calls Sami, wanting to talk to her, and to let him know when Lucas leaves. She does, he arrives, and there is some talk about the false lab report. Sami is angry when she realizes he set Lucas up (to find out no amnio)and they have words about her baby, and him threatening to take it away. She flashes back to her conversation with Celeste, when Celeste told her to use EJ's one weakness, his desire for her.
So, Sami starts talking about how she knows the baby is EJ's, doesn't want her child to grow up being weak and easily manipulated, wants him to be strong, blah, blah. EJ wants her to break it off with Lucas, and she better not be stringing him along....she will come stay with him, he will take care of her, etc. etc.(Boy, I hope this is leading somewhere other than EJ's apt.) She goes in slowly for the kiss, and you can see that EJ is mesmorized by her. He cradles her face and kisses her again.
Chelsea is at the police station to see her dad and is exchanging nasty remarks with Willow when Nick comes in (how did he know she was there?)Cops take Willow away, Nick confesses he took the hairbrush, Chelsea throws it in the police trash basket, saying they would never look in their own backyard. (She could leave it sitting on a desk in plain view, and they would not find it, :lol
. She goes to tell the cops she can't wait for her dad any longer, and will call him later. Nick retrieves the brush from the trash, and stashes it back in his backpack. :?:
