yeah, that's more like it, but, I do know that Vic had kicked him out at one point and time for being so immature.
 
What cracked me up was Bo asking Shawn Sr if he'd ever heard of a 'Colleen' which is a pretty common Irish name, and Shawn acts like he's never heard the name before. Very believable.
 
Philip was in the Marines, supposedly at the recruiting office, and for some reason, let Belle know he was going to rent an apt. where he could stay inbetween having to report to camp. She invited him to share her place.......yes, as "just friends".
Everyone used to comment how he had so much time off, and rarely reported to camp, so a couple times they had Phil "at camp" for several days. LOL
