Poor Thaao Penghliss (Andre). Some folks on the internet can't separate reality from fiction - and some folks don't realise that the actors act, the writers write. Tragic!

I can't believe some people are still being nasty to actors for the roles they play. This is 2015, almost 2016. It's not like when TV was a brand new device. Wow !

Slightly off topic...but this is a favourite gripe of mine...about 3 years ago on Family Feud (a quiz show where contestants try to guess what 200 people answered to certain questions), there was a question, "Name a job on a movie besides Director." Just about every job you could think of was named...except Writer. Not one of the 200 people they surveyed thought about movies having writers.I can't believe some people are still being nasty to actors for the roles they play. This is 2015, almost 2016. I'm not sure if that's a comment on how crummy movies are lately, or how dumb the general populace is...LOL...

Well, after today's show I understand why people are so upset with Andre! But, like you all, I can't understand why some can't seem to separate a character on a show from a person in real life.
That said - for Pete's sake, Andre! Go back to where you came from, and send Tony to Salem. I like him better. :wink:

He played a character in the 70's and 80's named Robert (pronounced the French way) LeClair. He was the "adoptive" father of Doug's son, Dougie.
