I believe so. I don't think the son playing the baby was initially planned. I just remember seeing photos of her in stiletto heels when she was at the end of her pregnancy.

I feel awful for her. I remember in interviews she has said she wished she'd had more kids when she was younger.
 
I looked it up. Twins played baby Dante for the first 9 months, then her son took over and played him for 2 years.

I remember when Hunter Tylo's (Taylor on B&B and played Marina on Days) son died unexpectedly as a young man. So sad. And this was after Hunter's daughter went through childhood cancer.

Kristoff St. John's (Neil on Y&R) son died unexpectedly as a young man, then poor Kristoff died about a year later from what was basically a broken heart.

No matter how old they are, so tragic when a child goes first. Look at Carrie Fisher and Debbie Reynolds.
