Who exactly is the person that picks "best dressed" of the week??? Seriously, that was the outfit considered the best of the week from all 4 soaps?

Was wondering what the criteria is to select "best dressed". then again, I have long maintained the wardrobe shoppers need to stay away from Rodeo Drive out there in CA, and start visiting stores where the rest of the country shops. LOL

For some reason these friends were at the top of my mind on this totally unique April Fools Day, so I’m celebrating #waybackwednesday for them!
