in regards to Chloe being best dressed....
while I do love her look and think she's beautiful no matter what she wears.... quick note about that dress.... did anyone else notice it was a dress with greyhound dogs and glitter all over it? ... I was surprised honestly, is the actress big into rescuing greyhounds or something?
