I was very leery of Derrick's return but after hearing some of Sonny's remarks about his bell hopping days, being snarky and rude about it, I am actually looking forward how this plays out.
I wouldn't mind seeing Paul sort of using Derrick to make Sonny jealous, in which for it to backfire and Derrick become this fatal attraction love obsessed over Paul.

At this point, Paul thinks Sonny only wants to be friends, he keeps saying it. So why should he not go see a movie with someone? It's not like Paul is using Derrick to make Sonny upset. Paul told Sonny he was meeting someone even before he said yes to coffee. If Sonny gets hurt, it's his own fault. If he wants a relationship with Paul, he needs to just say that.

I still think Martha Madison (Belle) and Brandon Beemer (Shawn) are taping. Just my opinion.
Also, I'm wondering if they are going to retcon Lani and make her Valerie's daughter. They could easily say she was married to a guy named Price.

I hope they don't change Lani's mother, since there was a scene with Abe saying he called Tamara and they talked (after Lani told him about being his daughter).
