Yes, that's Alex Marshall at the beginning of the clip, running the auction.
For those not watching back then, he's the father of Marie Horton's daughter, Jessica Fallon (darling Nicky's mother). So Alex is Nick Fallon's grandfather.

I hope they post the one of when Carly slipped on the ice and hit her head at the front door of the K-Mansion, then Victor went out to get the paper and stepped over her unconscious body. When he came back inside, he told Henderson to clean up the trash outside.
