I noticed today that the apartment Ava is vacating has the same kitchen that Nicole and Eric have.

Yes, they reused the kitchen from Eric and Nicole's apartment for Ava's apartment. They also used part of Abby and Chad's Paris apartment from the digital series (same place that Sarah hid out with Rachel).
