Uh......are those people regular viewers? Rafe has been known to bend/break the law to suit his purposes. He's not as bad a criminal as Bo, but he's on his way. If he breaks the law to help his sister, it won't be the first time.
 
Nicole is still called a "porn star" when, in fact, she was a drugged teen, forced into making the movie by her disgusting father. I wish the writers would stop having characters call her that.

I could see Stefan being arrested for kidnapping Ted, or maybe even holding Gabi hostage and threatening her with the fireplace poker before I could see them arresting him for raping Abby when she was Gabby.
 
I think Nicole kept that tape a secret and Eric promised not to tell anyone, but then again there are so many secret tapes on Days that were never released to the public, but everyone knows the contents. I don’t get why she wouldn’t want to set that horrible situation straight once and for all with her gross father being dead.
Stefan would get a lawyer to twist him sleeping with Gabby/Abby a thousand ways if it even got that far.
 
Agreed, TheWriter and Just Samantha. Abby has been telling anyone who listens that Stefan raped her, but the Salem hearing aid probably ran off with the Salem brain. I can see Stefan being arrested for threatening Gabi (even though she does deserve some serious punishment) rather than for rape. I do wish we could see a rapist being sent to prison for his crimes.
