Nicole has some sneaking suspicions.

I read spoilers elsewhere that said Nicole begins to think baby Jude (what Sloan/Eric supposedly name the baby) is her child.

An impending DNA test heightens tensions.

Also read that Nicole demands a DNA test on a deceased baby that Dr. Pierce says is her child. My guess is that Sloan will change the results.

I'm actually glad Nicole is going to be suspicious of Sloan and ask for a DNA test on Jude. I mean, of course we know it will be tampered with, but still at least Nicole hasn't lost her brains.

Because it's Salem. The water there dumbs everyone down so the writers have it easier.

At least thing seem to be finally starting to move with these plots. The past few weeks have been slow burns with days in a row of basically nothing happening. How long til we start seeing the stuff post-firing? It’s got to be coming soon?

I'm not sure actually when things will change with the fired guy.

This was posted Nov 3 about when the writer's go on strike and we got other writers sometime in Dec.
We've been told episodes might longer with them.

Do we know if Sloan actually saw the DNA results or if she just made sure whatever was in there said EJ? Like maybe it already said EJ but she didn't check and the baby has been EJ's the entire time? I can't remember if we know for sure that it's Eric.

I was hoping for the outcome to be just that oldschool but I am pretty sure I recall being disappointed when she looked at the results and did see it was Eric. It burst my bubble of hope.

I also remember Sloan seeing what she didn’t like on a page of Nicole’s report. And I believe that she changed two tests taken at different times. I could be wrong, but I thought they repeated the blood tests for Nicole’s extra special doctor checkup arranged by EJ.

That still doesn’t mean anything. The writers can always decide to say some rando changed to results first in a double switch. It wouldn’t be the first time. Maybe Clyde, Ava, Vivian, or someone else who wanted to punish EJ got to the results, then came Sloan.

With Salem's history of DNA results being changed, they need an armed guard to be there every step of the way to avoid tampering. But since it's Salem, this is what they will get:

Like Bo being Zack's biological father after the 2 choices for the fans to pick from were Stefano and John. That's when we got the brainwashed Mime Bo explanation.

Then the double-switching (or triple-switching/quadruple-switching??) of Parker's paternity by Stephanie's computer geek friend Ian, and Caroline Brady.
