Vivian did say that she deserved to be loved, but it's doubtful that this would include the attentions of the amorous Dr. Feely-Gropey.

Carly is probably too busy dreaming about Bo Brady and shopping for new polka-dot bras to have any time to torment Vivian.

Like pill-popping Carly, Ivan is probably too preoccupied to bother with Vivian. In his case, his free time is probably taken up with the dancing girls he once brought to Salem.

Finally, Gus also probably has better things to do. By this time, he'd surely rather play pinochle with Vargas, Dr. Baker, Ian McAllister, and Little Joey than reunite with his old "madame."
