When I worked for the OVERLORDS, I had a laptop with Windows Vista on, because I wasn't traveling as much and whatever I was, now just support. And was told many times that anyone off the street could support the software. Uh huh, sure. I wasn't upgraded as frequently as others. I went from Vista, to 10 and THAT was a change to get used to. It took so long because the customer support ticket logging system didn't work on anything above Vista, so I got to learn a new ticketing system AND a new software system. Yellow pads of paper were in constant use as I could hand write the customer calls and then after hours, attempt to get them into the system. It was a nightmare.
There are things in Windows 10 I don't like and will eventually move to 11 but I'm in no rush.
