It says on the video that he was wearing a helmet, and only going 28 MPH.
I do not believe the deer was not hurt. Last winter, a deer jumped out and over a snowbank slipped on the ice and down it went, right in front of me, and I drove right over it. I thought my right front headlight/fender/bumper was damaged, but no, it wasn't (30 mph). The deer was dead, in the middle of the road, and my car did not have a scratch, just a few hairs underneath. I reported to police, and drove to the fixit shop in town, so they could put the car on the lift, and looks under. Honest, was fine. I was taking my computer in, and the tech guy just did not believe I could not have any damage, came out to look. Was astounded. But that deer was DEAD.
So, in this video, the car hit that deer. I have witnessed cars hitting deer, and deer running into the side of a car, truck, etc. The deer never walk away.
