Ms Boles has shown the talent that they could recast her as Victor and I'd believe it. She had a few bits on Conan.
Arianna Grace is due for SORAS - she'll be 10 this coming year, and that was when they aged up Joey, Ciara, Claire, etc.

I think they should get her to play Ciara again and bring her and Ben back. We could still have the same actor. Since Alex is the product of Justin and Angelica, they could say that she had twins and one was taken at birth. Even have Clyde in on it. Not like that has never been done. LOL
