5/12/19 - Donuts and Mother's Day

Good morning all. The sun is shining, is already 50! Going to be a nice day, even if my barometer says rain. Said so yesterday, but it rained elsewhere near here.
Going to be an odd day at church, as the news will be out of our pastor being gone, we will probably have a sub, no idea.....Am sure the diocese will be scrambling to get someone permanent.
My son just called, which was nice...he wanted to get me before I left. His dog (he had two, just lost the older one) has Lyme's...but is doing better now. He never found a tick on him, and had done the anti-tick stuff in mid-April! there was still snow & ice then!!
