It was back around Christmas (or before) when Julie said that to Valerie. She could be upset over not talking recently (as in the past few/several weeks).

So....Julie told Valerie a lie....in her own sweet, snide way. Par for the course, Probably why she later said she should call David......but again, did not. I have the SOD mag, so anyone who wants the entire interview quoted......well, can't, copyright. But summarize, yes. LOL

I believe what SOD is saying, but I think the writers just forgot about the scene. Didn't appear she was lying to Valerie when she made the comment.
