Some of the celebrity guests who spoke/performed seemed to be odd choices. I would've preferred more clips from her career over some of the musical numbers.

Thanks to all who posted clips.

I watched the show on my television set via NBC On Demand. Enjoyed it a lot but do agree that some of the people who appeared seemed like odd choices; however, she DID influence so many.

I REALLY enjoyed the clip of Carol giving it back to Tim Conway when she ad libbed the Siamese elephant story, to his surprise, and then HE was losing it.

Tim Conway as the dentist who kept jabbing himself with novocaine was one of the most memorable skits. Harvey Korman was convulsing with laughter so hard, it was contagious.

She is a very special person, and I am glad she was celebrated.

That was actually Vicki Lawrence who said "are you sure that little a-hole is through?" at the end of that clip.
