Chloe should die!

Well what did we expect ? Nicole kept digging herself into a big hole with the Deimos, and not looking good with the judge wit hall of her/his current activities.

If one looks at it another way, the judge placed Holly in a home with her half-brother and it is safe. Not what one wants to happen, but could have bet money on this outcome.

Honestly, I don't see either of them deserving of Holly. Nicole makes one bad choice after another and Chloe? Well, Chloe is Chloe. Hopefully Nicole means it this time that she is done with Deimos and can show she can be a good mother to Holly.
 
I don't wish Chloe ill at all. Certainly would not want to leave Parker as an orphan. But I do agree that....if Nicole kidnapped a baby that was not hers, tho she loved her, Chloe basically did the same by not adhering to the terms of the contract she signed with Nicole & Daniel. (another point Justin failed to mention). Also, if you want to bring up Nicole making ONE porn movie while drugged, then Chloe is equally in that boat, having been a hooker.

So the judge figures Chloe is more able to give the stable, safe environment. Hmm, seems to me that Chloe was singing in a nightclub, romanced by a fake name giving Deimos, had sex with him, trusted him, even rescued him at one point. Hmmm, So, she faults Nicole for also falling for the guy who can lie so convincingly? And now, Chloe is going to leave Salem, with no source of income, unless Daniel really made sure there was a lot of income. If she works, she has to put the kids in daycare, right?

Yep, not enough thread exists to sew up all the holes in this storyline. :)
 
I like Chloe mainly because she doesn't put up with nothing and is a fighter. But I hate this writing with her currently!

The way Chloe went about all this is not her character, nor was sleeping with Deimos ever was. This was the result of poor writing and I blame Dena Higley. She is the reason why this soap almost went down under and has Passions like storylnes. Add some witches and demons and were good to go.
 
If Daniel did make provisions for Parker's support, that wouldn't give the jobless Chloe an income. The judge should have taken that into consideration unless Chloe expects Nicole to pay child support for Holly. :sarcasm: Since Nicole always winds up holding the poopie end of the stick, that could happen. It should have been mentioned that Chloe has no means with which to support Holly, while Holly's natural mother does. This is all moot anyway because Nicole is sure to get Holly at some point. It's sad that she will miss out on this precious time with her daughter while Chloe plays god.
 
Am I the only one who was ok with the judge's ruling?

Nicole was blinded by Deimos and deaf to Chloe about him. She never saw the truth until it reared up and smacked her in the face today. Throwing the ring back at him was too little too late. She should've cut him loose a long time ago. Yep, I love Nicole, but she's been a complete idiot about Deimos.
 
I could not even watch the verdict. I had a feeling it was going to end this way. It was heartbreaking seeing Nicole with Brady. I'd like to swipe that smug smile off of Chloe's face.

You are not alone. I also agree with the judge's ruling. Chloe suing for custody was not to hurt Nicole, but was out of concern for the safety of Holly. Nicole's behavior during the hearing and her refusal to listen to anybody about Deimos despite his past and current behavior has shown that she did not have Holly's best interest at heart and was more concerned about her wants and needs.
 
I'm also ok with it. As I posted in yesterday's show thread, Nicole's biggest enemy is herself and this was on extreme display during the hearing. She has not put Holly's best interests first at all. She's had numerous people warn her about Deimos yet she continues to stay with him. Had it just been Chloe warning her, she could have claimed it was jealously but she's male and female characters, including other criminals, warn her about Deimos.
