Okay, I Googled and found the gunshot scene. It appears to me that what some are seeing as a black sleeve, is Sami's dark blue jacket in different lighting. It appears to be her watch too, but I couldn't see the blue fingernail polish. Oh me, they do a good job of editing scenes to confuse us. But I believe she did it.
Going to be interesting to see how all of this unfolds.
