Actually in Club TBD he said "Hello Rafael" when Rafe and Jordan walked in. I don't know I've heard EJ actually call him Rafe to his face but he definitely refers to him as Rafe when talking to Sami.

I'm surprised that EJ and Rafe are on any kind of speaking terms.

It's fun to read all the positive comments about the EJ/Abby scenes. Something which makes them stand out even more is these are done in one take. I call that working well together mixed with some chemistry.
