From a legal perspective, to my understanding, that significant action needs to be on the order of a disease, criminal record, pregnancy by another man (oh hey, JJ, this might come in handy soon).It could be considered fraud because Rafe concealed a significant recent action that he knew would have had seriously affected Hope's decision to marry him.
Sleeping with someone else is bad judgment, morally bankrupt (depending on your personal ethics and morality), but isn't technically a legal basis for fraud.
She did not ask him (she had no reason to). He did not lie, technically (although it is a lie by omission). But it's still not technically grounds for fraud.
That depends on how one defines cheating. For some, once is all you need to define it. For others, there's leeway. From Hope's perspective, once is all you need.Rafe did NOT cheat.
Maybe it could be a new thing to spice things up for them.Maybe Doug could just muzzle Julie!!
