Forgot to mention - I laughed out loud when SHAWN-DOUGLAS asked Brady if he thought Victor would actually kidnap his own [sic] grandchild**.

Shawn-Douglas actually said that. One word could have fixed this. Shawn-Douglas could have simply added, "...again!?"

**I can't tell if this was a flub, or on purpose.

I read Victor tried doing with Claire. I thought he was successful.

I believe Victor had Claire kidnapped for Philip, who ran off with her, while Belle & Shawn followed ....some Pacific Island.

Jason, I loved Shawn acknowledging Victor as his grandfather. But he still calls him Victor. And Julie "Grandma". I also loved Brady mentioning Isabella. I don't think Brady is actually supposed to have been SORASed as a kid. I think the fact that he suddenly grew up with Xander and Daniel is just poor writing from Tomlin/Whitesell.

Kate really needs a rest. Can't she go visit Billie and Chelsea?

Correct because Bo didn't find out Victor was his father until he was an adult. Shawn however found out Victor was his grandfather at a very young age. His sister Ciara calls him grandpa.
