Kate's not mad about her "son" she never really knew. She's mad because being a calculating manipulator used to be her forté.

I was OK with this episode. I like that a lot of loose ends with storylines kind of wrapped up. I just wish that the storylines were better, overall. The Chloe and Philip stuff is nonsense. I don't see any real reason for either of them to leave.
