Dr. B........The thing about Maggie........isn't it really she doesn't remember a thing? She THINKS she probably drove. All that is known is her car was in a ditch, she was passed out, Xander called Vic who sent someone to get her, bring her home, etc. Sure wish the show would use some common sense.
Poirot, the fact that she "thinks" she's guilty is what makes the Maggie situation even more ridiculous. In real life, if she walked into the police station or D.A.'s office and said she "thought" she was the guilty party, but that there's no evidence to back up her claim, she'd be politely or not so politely told to go home. After she left, the cops or D.A. staffers would be shaking their heads about all the foolish people who falsely claim to have committed a crime. I still remember the line in the film, the Fugitive: 'We've got another Kimble on line three."

Nicole should know better than having DNA test done at the Salem hospital. She knows
how often they are tampered with.
I'm still wondering how she got this done. Can any rando walk into Salem U Hospital and demand a DNA test on two samples clearly not from her?

Not even in Salem.
