I can't decide whether I think a car is an appropriate gift for a former racecar driver. Stephanie should know a lot about cars and might have some very specific features she wants -- even on a regular roadster. More ignored history.

Looking forward to "meeting" Nathan. I hope he's as quick witted as Melanie (aka DJM's girl Mel).

Vivian Lite. LOLOL. :rotfl: In my opinion Kate has competely gone off her rocker. She is entertaining to watch.

Philip tells Stephanie she doesn't have to go to the funeral? It's her cousin's baby, they live in the same town so I kind of think she should go. Glad she didn't listen to Phil. Boy, those two are giving that party chair a real workout.
Glad they addressed why Stephanie is no longer in college. She made it through quickly what with all the kidnappings, shootings, and breaking/making up with Philip. Wonder if she was able to attend graduation in between?

To borrow a phrase from kpatch, maybe it's porn lite. Porn is in the eye of the beholder. I'm getting tired of seeing Chloe's assets and Daniel's chest all the time. Eck.

That has not been explained on the show so far, which is why I did not elaborate about him. You all know how Days loves to leave you in suspense.

Actress who plays melenie is realy good for someone so young,hope she has a geat future ahead of her,the cinema big something or others should get a look at her.makes her character seem so real,even in the start up scenes when she was really obnoxious.
 
Thanks for the preview and the warning about Daniel and Chloe. I'll have to keep my thumb ready for FF. They are like children being told they can't have any candy, salivating for what they can't have. If they ever do get together they'll probably burn out, like kids that finally got into the candy store and gorged themselves until they were sick.

I like Kate but don't really care for her murder scheme, even though I'd be glad for Daniel/Chloe to be gone.

It also bugged me that Brady didn't even know about Sami's baby dying. But I did like that Brady offers to be like a big brother to Melanie.
 
I just watched the show. What was that outfit Chloe was wearing? Maybe just my unsavvy sense of fashion but the top looked strange to me.

The new doctor is cute but boy, he sure does look young. Doesn't look like he could be out of his teens. But that's okay with me. Makes him look more suitable for Melanie.
 
What is this, the web site for old bittys?? Never heard such complaining anywhere else about two gorgeous young actors playing out a sexy scene! Geesh, this is a soap opera
and not the "norm" of everyday life. I think this couple has alot of chemistry, and can't wait to see them interact. It's a whole lot better then Lucas & Chloe.

I can't comment on what goes on on other sites but I can say that even though I'm old...I'm not a biddie and I resent the implication! I would think that people have the right to their own opinions on any site.

The reason I don't like the Daniel/Chloe pairing is that they cheated on Kate and Lucas to get where they are. Chloe compounded it by marrying Lucas when she was still lusting after Daniel. I've said before that they make a good-looking couple but their scenes seem to border on porn at times and any way you look at it, Chloe is still cheating on Lucas and I don't like cheaters.
 
Color me very surprised at the name-calling. That is something one just does not do here. And just an FYI, but there are folks on boards all over the net who have made the same sort of negative comments about the lust scenes between Daniel & Chloe.

There also are a lot of posters, and right here on the Spectator, who like them together, but who do not insult their fellow posters because they don't.
 
My 18 year old and 15 year old daughters watched the show with me today and neither one of them can stand Chloe and Daniel. In fact, my 18 year old called Chloe a "stupid ****" and a "whore" while watching, and wishes she would leave the show. And there were lots of "eeew" comments from both of them during the lustful fantasy sequences. So there certainly are people from the younger generation that are completely turned off by them. I also can't stand them. Daniel has this perpetual look of barely concealed restraint on his face all the time that grosses me out. Maybe he needs to be "fixed" like a dog so he can get his hormones under control.

Did anyone else notice that Stephanie’s outfit, hair, and earrings were completely different from what she was wearing on Tuesday’s show, even though it was a continuation of the same scene (where she had just pulled the note from Philip’s pocket)? What ever happened to “cutting on continuity”?

I think Stephanie is doing a good job of playing an emotional wreck. She is not overdoing it or underdoing it. Her portrayal seems just right.

I really enjoyed Kate’s assistant Christopher. What a hoot he is. Thank you, Days, for adding some lightness and humor to the show.

I hated when Brady said to Melanie that she just fell for the cute guy. Puleez, no more instalove. It’s called attraction, Brady, not love.

My favorite line today was Chloe to Father Matt: “Thank goodness Daniel decided not to appear on my motherinlaw’s TV show with me.” I use that line all the time. LOL.
 
Ok let me just say I didn't call any one person by name. I was mearly asking a question. If the shoe fits then maybe I'm right. There are plenty of crass remarks made about these two actors, and if you look up the word that's exactly what is says. I'm just suprised that there are some so thinskinned that this comment would even bother them, after all, what they say could make one's hair stand up on end. Did anyone ever think that just maybe a viewer might be related to one of the actors? And how appauling it is to constantly see snide, gross comments made about these two! Sometimes we get so carried away with poking fun we don't realize how hurtful this can be. And I'm sure there are lurkers that wouln't even dare leave a comment about this couple with the vibe that is here. There is a saying that where there's a spark there's a fire, and when people get out of control things happen, just like it did to one of these actors not so long ago, doesn't take much to fuel the fire. I for one have left possitive comments, and most replys were bombarded with snide remarks and worse. I know we all don't agree on who should be with who, or adirection the story is going, but that makes it interesting to read. I just thought I'd leave my opinion, since I don't often chime in with the mainstream here. It can be intimidating for someone who is a Daniel/Chloe hopeful,fan.
