Maybe that was Salem's version of a 'drunk tank' (or holding cell) and they were the only 2 drunk/disorderly guys in residence that nite. On cop shows, etc., usually all the drunk & disorderlies that are hauled in, they throw in one big cell. They're usually only there for a few hours, until they sober up, or somebody comes down to vouch for them & bail them out. :)
 
I know everytime I've been thrown in the drunk tank, it was with lots of other people....:wink:

I'm just kidding by the way....I was the only one in the cell...!!!

Just kidding again.... :D
