Departing...arriving part 18

From the article: Head Writer Ron Carlivati tells the publication that it has been a great experience writing for his character and that this decision was storyline dictated.

Well Ron, if you could write better stories, Li could be around for longer. He wasn't biologically related to anyone in a town where everyone is cousins.

I have read rumors of a murder mystery, thought the victim was going to be Gabi, since she is leaving the show.......looks like perhaps the victim is Li

"Storyline dictated" is what they use when they really mean, " couldn't think up anything more to write for him"

These writers aren’t trying hard enough. Li could have joined EJ in the mother of all battles against the usurping Stefan and Gabi. Once the two interlopers were vanquished, they could have led the company to new heights. As for love interests, surely Sloan or Stephanie would prefer a handsome, successful businessman over bland Chad or sad-sack, Nicole-obsessed Eric

It's too bad they didn't leave her with Li and they both could have gone off together with a happy ending. They never knew what to do with her once it was decided that she and Stefan were end game, even with no story.
