Right now, any site that states Robin Strasser is playing Vivian is just speculation and/or rumor. There has been nothing official from NBC/Days, Soap Opera Digest, Jason47 or any other credible source.

As you noted, currently, the framed picture of Vivian in the DiMansion is one of Louise Sorel.
