I understand that. I just offered that information as others were speaking off-topic about there being laws against adultery that are rarely upheld.

In the military, you can actually be charged with adultery with confinement (AKA prison) for up to one year. Just My two cents.

Thanks for the info. But again, A. Guy brought up adultery being a crime in some states. Those laws are no longer enforced (in regard to non-military folks). And even in the military, people are rarely charged/punished for adultery.
