Question: when was there a "plane crashes on island" story on Days? I don't remember reading about it.

Yes............A bunch of Salemites were returning from Ireland, AVA sabotaged the plane and it went down. Shawn Sr. died as a result, John, Marlena, Bo, Hope and others were aboard. I believe Shawn Douglas, Belle, were there as well. This was in 2008

And there was a plane crash when they were looking for Alice's ruby. Alice, Julie, Shawn D, Belle and some others were on an island. Remember the island "talent show"?

There was another one way back in 1984, with Tony, Anna, Eugene, Calliope, Bo & Hope, etc. They found Andre on the deserted island during that one. And Daphne DiMera was there and died.
