Did she ever marry Larry?

Yes, he was her first husband. While Bo did rescue her from the wedding where Howie posed as Hope, she and Larry did eventually get married.

It was a marriage in name only. Hope was being blackmailed to marry him and Larry only married her to further his political career. Their marriage was eventually anulled.
