I'm intrigued enough so far to see where Billy Flynn takes the character. The height thing throws me a bit, and I adored Casey Deidrick (former Chad), so it just seems odd to see someone else in the roll. Normal re-cast reaction I suppose. I'm optimistic though. I think Billy Flynn had a good first week. Nu-Chad is not going to be boring, that's for sure. He's ruffled a lot of feathers on his first 'Salem day'.

I actually wouldn't mind a Chad-Kate hookup...sure, it would be kinda weird since she was his stepmother, his mom's friend (at one point, I believe), and had sex with his brother...not to mention the obviously HUGE age gap. But, it would be a bit intriguing. LOL. That said, I don't want her to 'fall in love' with him, like she did with Rafe.

Yuck. That would really be taking Kate's cougar status to a new level. Chad is about the same age as her grandson, Will.

Considering she slept with Rafe, EJ and Nicky Alamain, I don't think that would matter to her.

I agree, Oldsoapie. Chad is younger than EJ, Rafe, and Nicky Alamain, which is why, in my opinion, it would take Kate to a new low if she slept with him.
